Well, I was all set to let the guys post about their big trip today. But they are out cold!! So, I'll just have to do it for them.
The visit went great! They couldn't get over how cute Wrigley and Cobalt are. I knew we had two little cuties.
Wrigley: Wrigley weighed in at 3.06 pounds. I mentioned the diarrhea and the vet didn't seem concerned. She ran a slide and didn't see anything significant, but we're going to be bringing in a fecal sample.
Cobalt: Cobalt weighed in at 4.02 pounds. Practically a whole pound bigger than Wrigley!! I hope he doesn't grow up to be too huge of a guy! But at the rate he's growing, he'll be big pretty fast. :-(
Overall, they said both boys look fantastic. They got their second FCVRP and deworming. We'll be back in two weeks for the next round. We also talked to them about removing their manhood. It was quite amusing because Wrigley had been sitting quietly, minding his own business and giving himself a bath for probably 10 minutes, totally not paying attention to us. Well the second the vet said "Oh yeah, we just cut right in the scrotum" his head shot RIGHT up and all of a sudden he was very focused on hearing what the vet had to say. It gave everyone a good laugh.
So overall a positive report. Now we'll just see if the fecals reveal anything significant.
I'll have the boys post their meme tomorrow and I also got a couple REALLY great pictures today. (For once I thought to maybe take the camera out in the daylight instead of trying to take all the pictures at night time!!!)
We hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

W&C be warned, they will take you hoo-ha's off. Or as your mum calls it your manhood. Funny that you suddenly paid attention when they talked about something so personal to you. Purrs.
Me is glad you guys good. I is dont like noodles, oh needles? because it itches has too many pains. What is manhood? mai mum say i can has manhood...i is hope it is yummy.
I hate trips to the vet ! My cats use to "sing" the whole way and my head exploses, lol ! Rosie is spayed already when she was 7 months and it went without any problem.
We are glad everything went okay at the vet! Tigger and me meow all the way to the vet and all the way back!
We can't wait to see more pictures of you two!
Your FL furiends,
Watch out you two! I know what is coming...
Mom's been lazy, so we just caught up on your blog. Sorry you have had such a rough few days. We are sending purrs...
Kavan (and Tara and Mom)
We are glad to hear that the vet trip went well! Neutering is no big deal. Dragonheart is always a good boy at the vet, but Merlin squirms a lot.
Hey Steph, they sure do grow big quickly. We are already calling Caesar Fatty Fat Cat because of his little bubble belly and his but looks so huge when he's eating compared to Lyra.
Emil had his "operation" done when he was 3 or 4 month old and it went without any problem - the VET didn't even cut, they have a new non-invasive method - the maid has to find out more - she didn't pay attention, the butler took Emil to the VET.
And now, at 7 month Emil is the heaviest and biggest cat in the household! So he is very interested in Cobalts progress in the growing department....
The staff is please about him being a HUGE cat - the bigger the better out here in the desert!
that's furry heartening to hear!! we hopes their health an' growin' keeps right on goin'!
guys, the hoo-hahectomy is no big deal. you'll go see the v-e-t, you'll get sleepy, your mom'll come pick you up when you wake up, you'll feel a little tipsy for a while, an' that's all there is to it. don't worry; it'll be a little while yet before this happens.
I am so glad everything went well at the V-E-T.
You guys are soooooo little and soooo cute! SS has never known me as a kitten because I was a stray and was fully grown when I came to her. So she goes oh-ahs at all the cutie kittens that come to the blogosphere.
I hate going to the VET. Don't start me on it.
Ah, the old hoo-ha-ectomy. Boys, we've all been through it and it's really not so bad.
